Nutrition Workshops:

Each Workshop focuses on teaching you the four pillars of health, defining and identifying sources of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, what your perfect day should look like, food timing for optimal energy, balancing choices for weight management.

Need a professionals help to determine the food that needs to be removed from your kitchen, and why? Create a jumpstart with a Kitchen Make Over, and never look back! This package includes what to add to your kitchen to make improve your meal planning routine, and how to effectively meal prep your meal plan!


Grocery Shopping Workshop:

Does the grocery store intimidate you? Not sure how to break your rut of the same old grocery list or find the healthiest foods for your goals? Let me help! I’ll take your or meet you at your favorite store and we will learn about the best grocery shopping strategies to not only keep you on plan, but also save you money!

Food and Fitness PopUp Workshops:

I have what you need and will travel!

When I travel, (will take requests), let’s coordinate a pop up Food and Fitness Workshop.

We will meet at a park (weather permitting) or local community center, hotel conference room, or dining room table to present a 45 minute Nutrition Workshop and 30 minute Boot Camp Style Workout!

Attendees MUST bring an open mind for learning, plus their own Water, Yoga Mat, Dumb Bells or Kettlebell, and Bands.

Minimum Required Attendance 10 People – Cost $10/Person
